We've decided to extend the deadline for abstract submissions in response to a number of requests.
The abstract submission date has been pushed out to 1st of June.

Please notice, to submit an abstract you must be registered for participation in the conference!
After successful submission of your abstract you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of submitted abstract via e-mail. If it will not be delivered within a few minutes after submission of your abstract please check at first your spam box-mail and then contact us at mailing@icomonline.org.
The text of the abstract should be limited to one page. Figures and tables should be centered and located inside paper margins. Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. Modifications of your submitted abstract are not permitted, however you may remove the incorrect one and submit a new one until the abstract submission deadline. Please be aware that you will receive a new email confirmation once the new submission is completed.

The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted which is why we advise you to use Abstract Template and save it as PDF file type. No proofreading will be done, although some corrections may be requested by the reviewers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1 registered participant can submit no more than 3 abstracts and additional abstracts will be charged 50 EUR.
The poster panel size is 0.95m x 2m. Please make sure that the poster does not exceed the area of the panel.
Oral presentations will require a Microsoft Office PowerPoint format and should be submitted at the symposium on a USB memory stick. Your presentation should be strictly based on the timings in the programme – 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
